After initially training as a quantity surveyor Mathew went on to study Project Management for Construction at University College London graduating in 2005. Following graduation Mathew spent over 17 years working as a project manager working his way from graduate project manager to project director working on some of the most challenging and complex projects in the UK and overseas.
He is experienced in delivering new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects ranging in value from £1m to in excess of £500m+ across many sectors including large scale mixed use, residential, education, offices, retail and infrastructure in both the public and private sector. More recently he spent several years working for a leading UK Build to Rent company as Development Director.
Mathew is responsible for the strategic leadership of the business whilst maintaining an active role the day to day management of projects to ensure that we repeatably deliver successful projects for all our clients.
